CODE 5 - Low Cost & Social Housing
The Affresol house is a unique and effective way of building high quality homes using TPR™, which will offer a real and cost effective opportunity to the thousands of people who are currently unable to get onto the first rung of the “housing ladder”.
The Affresol houses are specifically aimed at providing spacious, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom quality homes for lower income families.
Affordable housing is a key issue for the current government as high house prices over the past 25 years have slowly but surely forced key workers and local people out of the areas in which they were born. Many of these people want to live in their “home town” areas but are forced to live in what can best be described as the “urban margins”.
Affresol are very keen to work with Local Authorities, RSL,s, and Developers to build Sustainability Code 5 houses that fit for purpose but within existing financial constraints.
Affresol Frames will be erected by specialist sub contractors who will provide a packaged Code 5 Solution house that include the following “Key Elements”. (Link to be provided)
